There are many metrics that we need to track and some of them are monthly and quarterly. WE have to put these in the single scorecard and it makes it very long and hard to focus on the key weekly metrics. This would be very valuable to our company and many others from talking to them.

Renata M on Aug. 31, 2021:

We have varying L-10 frequencies across the organization and would love to have the scorecards align with the meeting frequency without having to make a company-wide settings change. Additionally, some metrics don't make sense to track on a weekly basis but are part of our quarterly goals. Would be wonderful to be able to dictate the frequency at which each metric should be reported. Love this idea. Please make it happen!

Sometimes months are the smallest unit of measure that makes sense.

Agree with Tim M's comments; "There are many metrics that we need to track and some of them are monthly and quarterly. WE have to put these in the single scorecard and it makes it very long and hard to focus on the key weekly metrics. This would be very valuable to our company and many others from talking to them."

monthly and quarterly Scorecard tracking

Darlene C on Sept. 1, 2021:

Many of our metrics are monthly or quarterly goals. The lack of the feature has us considering to use Ninety!

Aaron P on Sept. 1, 2021:

Agree with Darlene and Andy and Tim M

Clayton B on Sept. 1, 2021:

Not all KPIs are weekly ... so yes monthly/quarterly would be great

Britni S on Sept. 1, 2021:

Metrics at certain levels of the organization are collected on a quarterly basis, others monthly and weekly. It would be beneficial to expand this feature to ensure we can utilize the scorecard at all levels of the organization.

Carmen M on Sept. 1, 2021:

We need monthly and quarterly tracking for metrics tied to strategic systems changes. We're having to keep a scorecard off-line to get the full picture.

Rochelle G on Sept. 1, 2021:

Being able to track where we're holding on our quarterly goals is even more important than the weekly ones.

Susan S on Sept. 1, 2021:

Some goals are weekly, some are monthly, some are quarterly. For example, we currently have some goals set at .25 or .5/week to keep track on the weekly scorecard. The ability to modify the metric timing would be very helpful.

JP S on Sept. 1, 2021:

Our business runs on a quartelry revenue cycle, so there are many metrics that really should be viewed on a quarterly basis. We have to see "false red" or blank scorecards but then it all becomes noise and no metric is really easy to view because you constantly have to decipher if this is a weekly or quartelry (or other) metric. It is one fo the reasons we would move to a competitor who has this feature.

Glenn P on Sept. 1, 2021:

Some metrics simply are not available on a week by week basis due to integration with P&L / Balance Sheet. Monthly at least would be a good super helpful!

Andy H on Sept. 4, 2021:

it will simply provide a more usable dashboard at a glance instead of us having to tally separately...the scorecard alos needs to be invluded as a screenshot with the meeting minutes, I have raised this before

Elia A on Sept. 14, 2021:

Yes, please! Since many metrics are tied to our P&L, which we only report monthly, this would be hugely beneficial. Likewise, we also have quarterly metrics that are reviewed at the quarterly meetings that would be so helpful to see in our historical records instead of having to track them in a spreadsheet outside of TT.

Gayle H on Oct. 1, 2021:

monthly and quarterly broken out separately from weekly
